Auckland Airport depot
Auckland Airport is a serviced non depot location. Pick up and drop off in Auckland are at the following locations only:
• Auckland Airport
• Accommodation within the Auckland Airport vicinity – Auckland CBD is not included
• Manukau Westfield Shopping Centre (outside Countdown)
Christchurch depot
Christchurch is a serviced non depot location. Vehicle can be picked up from the airport area or the CBD.
Tauranga depot
Tauranga is a serviced non depot location. Pick up procedure from Tauranga airport
Customers are met off their flights and brought to the depot; must be within office hours, including 1 hour for handover; no charge.
Transfers to Tauranga Airport: drop off of vehicle to the depot by 4pm Monday to Friday, weekends by arrangement; customers are then transferred to the Airport; no charge.
