Yellow Bus Operating Hours for Guests
From Airport to Apollo Branch: 8am – 4.00pm (with drop off at Holiday Inn if the
Apollo gates are not open).
From Apollo Branch to Airport: 8am - 4:30pm from Apollo.
To receive your complimentary transfer, please show the Yellow Bus driver a
printed contract or email confirmation of your camper booking.
Please Note: only one transfer from the Airport and one transfer from Apollo is
complimentary with your camper hire. All additional transfers are chargeable by
Yellow Bus.
Guests that are arriving at Auckland Airports need to make their way to the THE
YELLOW BUS shuttle area.
International Arrivals
Exit through Door #6, and proceed across the first pedestrian crossing onto the
pedestrian island. On the pedestrian island, turn to your right and walk along the
paved island to the bus stop. The bus stop is sign posted for Yellow Bus, Park & Ride, 380 and Inter City services. You will also see the Yellow Bus ticket machines in this location
Domestic Arrivals
If arriving at the Domestic Airport, leave through Door #4 and wait by the
pedestrian crossing – the bus stop is sign posted for Yellow Bus, Park & Ride and Free Terminal Transfer. You will see the Yellow Bus ticket machines in this location!
Auckland Airport depot
Auckland Airport is a serviced non depot location. Yellow Bus Operating Hours for Guests

Please take a taxi to the depot for the collection of your vehicle. This is located approximately 4.0 kilometres (2.5 miles) from the airport and 20.0 kilometres (12.4 miles) from the city.
Please return your vehicle to the depot at the time agreed upon in your rental contract.
Taxi fares one-way (approximately): NZD$30.00 from the airport, NZD$70.00 from the city.

After clearing customs, guests are to call customer service which will connect to the local depot to advise they are ready to be picked up.
