Pick up and drop off instructions
All transfers on CHC are free of extra charge
We need the flight number / estimated arrival time or the hotel/motel and preferred pick-up time. The normal procedure with flights is that you can ring us from the airport. We will then tell you where to go to be picked up within 2 minutes. We will take you to the depot and do the paperwork there, and you can hit the road from there. You will get maps and advice for supermarkets etc.
On pick-up and also through a folder in the van you get drop-off information regarding the location, how to find it and the procedure. We normally require you to ring us 3 days prior to drop-off to confirm your drop-off and to give us a time when you wish to come in.
